2015-2016 Executive Board Positions

Executive Director

​

The Executive Director serves as the Head Chair on the Executive Board.  The Executive Director is in charge of overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization, along with maintaining the organization’s success.

Vice Executive Director

The Vice Executive Director serves as the Vice Head Chair on the Executive Board.  The Vice Executive Director is in charge of relaying necessary information between the Executive Director and the rest of the Executive Board.

Executive Operations Chair

The Executive Operations Chair is in charge of managing membership information.  The Executive Operations Chair is also responsible for keeping meeting minutes, and for distributing organization-wide communication via email.

The Recruitment Chair serves as the head of planning and executing all recruitment events. This position also includes brainstorming ideas for future recruitment and taking into consideration the ideas of other members for certain events

The Service Chair is in charge of finding out from the organization where members have an interest in participating in service projects throughout
the community as well as organizing the service projects chosen by Campus Leaders Today, Career Leaders Tomorrow members.

Service Committee Chair

Executive Finance Chair

The Treasurer is in charge of managing Campus Leaders Today, Career Leaders Tomorrow’s budget.  The Treasurer will oversee all of the organization’s spending, and will be in charge of financial distribution of funds for various group events.

Empowerment Committee Chair

The Empowerment Chair serves as the head of managing the leadership positions available within the three different committees, applications for each position, and when turnover for leadership positions occur (excluding executive board elections).

Professional & Alumni Relations Committee Chair

The Professional & Alumni Relations Chair is responsible for contacting workforce professionals and leaders as well as Career Leadership Academy graduates and UI graduates to set up networking events with Campus Leaders Today, Career Leaders Tomorrow members.

Marketing/Social Media Chair

The Marketing/Social Media chair is responsible for creating marketing pieces for events (such as posters, flyers, cover photos, etc.), Facebook events, composing tweets, and upholding the overall online presence of CLT.
